Amelia gives Soul Dives — one-on-one sessions to release karmic patterns that cause suffering, activate your deep knowing, remember your soul gifts, and connect you to deeper pleasure. She also gives workshops for women and couples. She has a Masters of Theology from Harvard Divinity School and a Masters of Transformational Leadership and Coaching. She has studied with a number of teachers in the areas of Sexuality & Spirituality, Tantra, Intimacy, Intuition, Shamanic Tarot, Dharma Activation, Respectful Confrontation, Emotional Resilience, and more. She spent many years in the inter-religious movement, working with the Parliament of the World's Religions as a liaison to religious and spiritual leaders around the world. She has spent most of her life searching out transformative experiences. But these days, instead of going to the retreat center or the monastery or the mountaintop, she creates experiments. Because experiments are a way to have a transformative adventure wherever you are at this moment, within the confines of the life you have now. Through all her experimenting — some of which has been pleasurable, some hairy, some mixed — she's come to believe that often the most profound shifts come — not from self-improvement or battling our way to wholeness — but through a path of pleasure, play, and attention to what lights us up.
